Yeong-man Kim (b. 1949, Hwasun, Korea) graduated from the Department of Fine Arts at the Graduate School of Chosun University, and has been conducting constant research on Korean traditional woodblock prints. His has participated in numerous group exhibitions such as DMZ: Unification, Hope, Woodcut (Ssangin Gallery, Gwnagju, Korea, 1995), National Art Exhibition (SeMA, Seoul, Korea, 1996) and his main books are Hope for Spring Day (Sumideung, 2008), The road back hometown – Woodcut, Writing Collection (Solgwahak, 2020)
